Sync Token from Production to Testnet 

  • This request is only applicable if you need to authenticate to a Testnet server, which has RSA authentication enabled.
  • User must already have an activated RSA SecurID token in Production.
    Token can be either a soft token or a hard token, and the PIN should be set on the activated token, before requesting this access.

  2. Enter your SecurID in the "Requestor SecurID (RSA ID)" field. Your SecurID is the ID you use to login to RSA.
  3. For Type of Request, you can make one of the following selections: --New User: select if you do not already have RSA Testnet access.
  4. --Existing User: select if you have existing RSA Testnet access and need your account to be synced from Production to Testnet (for example, you have updated your token serial number, or changed the PIN).
